Ohuhu alcohol markers
Guangna acrylic marker
Sakura white gel pen

Step 1: Color first layer

Step 2: Create a gradient effect (Use the same or a darker color)

Step 3: Draw random waves (Use the same and darker color)

Step 4: Create sunlight reflection effects (Use acrylic marker)

Step 5: Add highlights (Use white gel pen)
