How We Make Our First Vinyl Stickers?
Table of Contents
You know those little things you keep saving, sending to a friend, or thinking about later for no real reason? A cozy mood, a cute snack, a silly little character, or just something that feels very you. That is where our first sticker packs started.
Cozy Friends and Cute Things came from those small everyday feelings, then became stickers for the things that go through the day with you.
From Everyday Moments to Sticker Ideas
Where Sticker Ideas Come From?
Sticker ideas usually start with the little things we notice in everyday life, like a daily routine, a cozy hobby, or one tiny feeling that somehow feels familiar. Most of the time, they come from small things people already know, feel, and quietly relate to.
We also look at the little moods people share online, like lazy day energy, coffee love, staying in, or those funny tiny behaviors that show up again and again. We just take what people are already feeling in real life and online, then soften it into Coco Wyo characters, objects, and sticker ideas.

Turning Ideas into Characters and Stickers
Once we have the idea, we start thinking about which characters can carry that feeling best. For the Cozy Friends Vinyl Sticker Pack, we chose the little friends that felt the most lovable and easy to connect with, then sketched them into 100 everyday moments, from cute actions to small real emotions people might recognize from their own routine.
The Cute Things Vinyl Sticker Pack also goes through its own 100-sticker sketching process, but with a world of little objects instead of characters. We build a concept board with food, cute animals like cats, dogs, and ducks, nature bits, and Y2K-inspired items, so both packs feel varied and easy to use.

Making It Work in Real Life
A cute idea is one thing, but a sticker has to feel good in your hand too. So after sketching, we clean up each design on Wacom, smooth out the lines, and make sure the shapes still feel clear when they become small, peelable pieces.
Tiny sticker details are cute, but they also need a little backup. That is why we added the white outline, so each sticker is easier to peel, cleaner around the edge, and better at keeping those small details from tearing.
Each design is also sized around 1.5 to 2.5 inches, so it feels easy to place on a laptop, journal, phone case, water bottle, or whatever little thing needs a cute touch.

Printing & Testing
Testing the Stickers
That tiny “please don’t rip” moment when peeling a sticker? We test for that too!
Each sticker is checked for color, line clarity, cut edge, and small details, so it feels smooth to peel and easy to place in real life.
And then it all comes together: the stickers, the pouch, the little jar idea, and all the tiny details we checked along the way. Cozy Friends and Cute Things sticker packs are ready to peel, stick, and keep around for the everyday things you use.
Testing the Packaging
This is the part where we ask, “Would this feel easy to use every day?” Packaging can look different on screen than it does in your hands, which is why a test prototype helps us see if the jar design, sticker view, and pouch shape feel clear and easy when you actually hold it.
It needs to look cute, but it also needs to feel easy when you open it, store it, hang it, and reach for a sticker. So we look for anything that might feel messy, tight, or annoying to use, then fix it before the packs are released.
More Than Just Packaging
Since these stickers came from little moments, we wanted the pouch to hold that same feeling too. That is where the jar-shaped packaging came from.
It makes the pack feel like a tiny memory jar, with every sticker holding one small mood, character, or cute thing inside. The clear front lets you see the stickers at a glance.
We also thought about where it would go after opening, so the pouch is designed to hang and easy to see, like on a hook, a shelf, or in your cozy corner almost like part of the room.
FAQs
What inspired the Cozy Friends and Cute Things sticker packs?
Cozy Friends was inspired by lovable characters, cute actions, and real emotions you might recognize from your own daily routine, while Cute Things was inspired by the little things people love, like food, cute animals, nature, Y2K items, and small details that help tell your own story.
How are these different from regular stickers?
These stickers are not just cute drawings. Each one starts from a small moment, feeling, or everyday mood, then becomes a sticker design you can actually use on the things you keep around. They are made to feel easy, relatable, and a little more personal than a regular sticker.
Where do these stickers fit best?
The stickers come in a range of sizes, around 1.5 to 2.5 inches. They fit nicely on things with a smooth, flat surface, like laptops, phone cases, notebooks, water bottles, desks, or any little spot you see often. For the best hold, smoother surfaces usually work better than rough or fabric ones.
Can I remove and reposition them?
You can remove them gently, but reusing the same sticker too many times, especially on the same spot, may affect the surface or make the sticker less sticky over time.
